I'm going in for my 4th IUI (my 3rd medicated) later this week and am feeling nervous but excited. If this one doesn't work, we will move to IVF, which is fine, but obviously I'm hoping this one's the one that sticks! In the past, I think stress has really impacted me so I've been consciously avoiding stress, meditating, listening to peaceful music, hiking, etc. in hopes to ease stress as well as to not focus so much on ttc. This cycle, we doubled my clomid dose and I will probably be doing my trigger shot Thursday. Luckily, I've responded very well to Clomid this cycle, and on my day-10 ultrasound, I've got 3 maturing follicles - 2 that are over 17.8 mm on my right and a secondary follicle that is about 15.2 mm on my left (that one may not reach maturity but maybe it will!). I'll be starting progesterone 4d after trigger shot, which is also different from last time so I'm definitely feeling more optimistic (I only had one follicle last time and didn't start progesterone until after my progesterone blood work). I'm feeling cautiously optimistic, but I would appreciate any good vibes or positive wishes! Or any other 4th IUI success stories? I would also appreciate any tips or words of wisdom for staying calm, etc. Thank you!
