4th labor stories please :)

This is my 4th baby, and I am curious about how other's labors went with their 4th child.

My labors were like this

1st: 40+8, 32 hours, 45 mins pushing
2nd: 40+8, 8 1/2 hours, 15 minutes pushing
3rd: 40+5, 13 hours, 5 minutes pushing

I'm hoping this one is a bit quicker, though. And it would be nice not to go overdue again. Because of my trend, I don't think I'd go any sooner than 40 weeks anyway. But, does anyone think it could be radically quicker? Mine seem to go so long...

Mine was 37minutes from first contraction to baby in arms, literally one push and two minutes from aters breaking. He was born on Christmas Eve at 38weeks.

My labours have all been quick though

Sorry, I'm only on #3 and one of those was a c-section so I can't compare - but I'm excited to see your pushing times get quicker each time - I pushed for over two hours and it's the only bit I'm really, really dreading, so I'm trying to convince myself it's not going to be as hard this time (he had his hand up at his face, that's my reason and I'm sticking to it!)

oooo im on 4th also but ive got a large age gap from my last of 16 years . Im not sure if mine will be like the 1st again as its been so long xx

I'll be keeping an eye on this. This is also my 4th.
My others were
40+8, 14 hours from waking with contractions to holding him.
39+6, 2 hours 55minutes from waking with contractions 3 minutes apart to holding him.
40+3, 3 hours 30 minutes from a sweep when the midwife said she thought I was starting (but I wasn't in pain till she did it) to holding him.
All 3 have been born on the weekend as well.

I'm interested to see if he follows the pattern and arrives on a weekend, and if he'll follow the pattern of late early late and arrive early. If he does then he'll be born on DS2s birthday or the day before DS2s birthday (which would be a coincidence as BIL was born the day before SILs birthday)
Seeing as the whole pregnancy has been completely different, and he likes to make me wait and cause trouble at scans, I reckon he will break all patterns and be very late LOL

I'm just praying that mine goes quicker than my others, but not too quickly. My husband works out of state and is only home for really 2 days a week before he is gone again. So, if he isn't here, I have to wait for my mom to come get me and she is about 30 minutes away, figure out what to do with my kiddos, get to the hospital which is another 30 minute drive, etc etc...

I was happy that the pushing time went down with each. I'm thinking this one will probably just pop out if I sneeze.

And thankfully, using epo made it so I didn't tear with my last 2. I didn't use it with my first, but I sure wish I had.

I have a feeling this one wants to make his presence known and show how different he is LOL I am planning a home birth but I just have this feeling I'm going to end up at the hospital, either he wont turn (his breech atm) or he will make me wait for an induction, and then be massive just to be different LOL
