5+1 u/s shows 2 different sized sacs... TWINS

Sacs are different sizes. First looks round Ish to me and measures .78 cm and second sac is measuring .40 Cm. Doc mentioned that the smaller sac is quite elongated, which is "concerning." Has anyone experienced this? Sacs are too small to give gestational age at this point (doesn't start measuring until 5 weeks) today I am 5+1 according to lmp... BUT I didn't get a positive until 12 dpo... SO maybe... I ovulated a couple of days later than I originally thought.
Idk what to think about all of this! Repeat beta on Wednesday and another u/s scheduled next friday. It's going to be a LONG week And a HALF!
