my girl ate half a banana yesterday and was disappointed when she realised there was no more!! She then commenced to have a 10 minute boobiefeast! I was quite surprised at how much she took and to think one HV told me she probably wasn't ready yet (i clearly thought she was ready and i hope it would help her eczema which it has) so today, after having many doubts that i'm starting too early, i'm feeling much happier on the whole weaning thing. After feeling slightly naughty for not waiting until 6 months it shows sometimes you just need to go with your instincts 
(not that i'm advising to wean before 6 months unless you think it's necessary). x
