My 5 month old daughter had a normal poo this morning, but 2 hours later had a poo that was yellowish in color with a little mucus and cottage cheese like consistancy. She has been on the same formula (Enfamil) since 1 month old. Any ideas why the change in consistancy? Anything to worry about?
