Updated 2: Well had bleed from last wed to sun then finally went brown spotting still. Had ultrasound yesterday and there was no heart beat and the baby was 6 weeks 1 day and I am suppose to be 7 wks 2 days. Now just trying to decide if I want another d&c or if I am going to do the supositories to dilate my cervix to start the miscarriage. Then will start test at end of nov when hormones are out of system. I know I am ovulated fine, my tubes are not blocked, and I do not have a progestron deficiency, so at least I can cross those out I am afriad the last d&c gave me a bit of ashermans syndrom because I had 2 early miscariages (I was less than 4 weeks) before this one. I kinda thought something was wrong a couple of days ago cause my sickness got better and boobs not as sore.

UPDATE: TMI: Went to bathroom thought I had to go cause of odd gasious cramping and heavy feeling in bottom. I had a sharp pain come on the right side by my belly button. Since it wasn't lower I thought nothing of it. So I sat down and started pushing and something fell out. Then I started bleeding. Called the clinic and got in for an appt. (my ob is off on wed so saw someone else). Asked if i needed to bring the glob that came out with me they said yes. Nurse gave me cup to pee as was fixing to pee blood started to pour out like i was already peeing. Started cramping on the right side a little more (kinda like waves of cramps but did not get to bad). I got in and saw the dr and he sent me to ultrasound. Told and showed the dr the ultrasound pics from the hospital. He did not say much (had taken pic from my phone and saved them.) The ultrasound tech said she was going to turn the monitor away and the dr will tell me the results. Told her what the ultrasound at the hospital showed. She turned the monitor to me and said theres your baby and I heard the heart beat  . It was 100 bpm. She said it looked like there might had been a colapsed sac beside it. Dr said that is a little slow for 6 wks 3 days I said I was only 6 wks 1 day. I asked if that was a sac that I had twins and just lost one. He said its possible but really no way to know just lets concentrate on the one that I have now. He also said there is no reason to send the blood i brought in off since I still have one. So I guess my Journey has ended I started out with possible 3 and now down to one. I just hope and pray that this one is healthy and sticks. I go back next thurs. Hopefully it has increased to normal heart rate. Oh and another thing I asked the dr if me and my hus having sex this afternoon could have caused it. He said with my history it was possible that I could have had urterin contractions from it (orgasm) (which I did ) Says to refrain for 2 wks. Thank you everyone so my you all have been a big help and thanks for your prayers. Please continue to pray for my miracle little bean :baby::flower:

I was 5 wks when i had the ultrasound, (now 5 weeks 4 days) have a history of miscarriages 1st was feb at 10 weeks with blighted ovum, had high hcg then to but not as high as i do now. In june and august they were both chemicals. I went to the ER tonight for light cramping and spotting (tried calling dr cause get off work at 4 but they said they don't take patients after 4 and they told me to go to ER). They did an ultrasound to make sure not etopic they said they saw a yolk but I knew the ultra sound tech from my first pregnancy so she knew my history. She asked me if we did anything different this time, i asked her what she ment, she asked if the dr put me on clomid. I said no why she said she was just asking, I asked did she see 2 she said you could not see anything right now. Got back to the room and dr came in with results said there is a sac and yolk sac (more then i saw with my blighted ovum). Then she asked me if i was taking anything i said no why. She said that there are some black spots that are on the ultrasound that are sometimes associated with taking birth control or clomid. I said the only thing i have taken was prenatles, baby asprin, vitamin e, and b complex. I asked could there be more than one she said it is hard to say for sure right now but it is possible or it could be a fluid filled sac. She did blood work and it came back at 15000 at 5 weeks!!!!!!! ...Does it sound like more than one. I was also worried about another blighted ovum or a molar cause hcg has been higher this time than last time (blighted ovum) This time at first it was trippling now doubling every day and a half.

Sorry so long.

I know i o'd on the 14th or 15th cd. (I spotted then to first time since the d&c in feb).

I have also notice that I feel like i am showing and no way i can be at 5wks uless more than one.

Went and obtained a copy of my ultrasound from the hospital from yesterday. Not sure how to read it but will try to post pic if i can figure out how to off the cd. Got this part: GS (gestational sac) 1.02 GA (Gestational age) 5 wks that is the one with the yolk. Then it has GS .98 GA OOR, and GS .97 GA OOR. And my Hcg was 15000 yesterday at ER.

Radioligest (sp) notes said that it did not look like there was fluid in the sac so that rules out the fluid filled sacs.

this is his report

B ULTRASOUND 09/13/11

Clinical information: Abdominal pain, bleeding.
Findings: Multiple sonographic images are obtained through the real time. There is a small intrauterine gestational sac with yolk sac present measuring 9.9mm. There is surrounding decidual reaction. This is measuring approximately 5 weeks. There is no visible heart rate at this time. More distally, however, there are two additional hypoechoic / anechoic structures which have a sac like appearance. These do not appear to represent free fluid. The endometrium appears heterogeneous as well. Exact etiology of these findings is uncertain. The right ovary is poorly seen although there is
a tiny amount of fluid seen within the right adnexal region. There is a 9mm left ovarian cyst. Remainder of the examination is unremarkable.

Impression:
1. Intrauterine gestational sac with yolk sac measuring 9.9mm.
2. Two additional hypoechoic / anechoic structures seen more distally
with surrounding heterogeneous endometrium. The exact etiology of these more
distal findings is uncertain. Recommend follow up with serial beta HCGs and
ultrasound at a lateral date in addition to follow up with regular
obstetrician.

Ok going to try the ultra sound pictures she did both trans abdominal and vagional.

They will prob be big so sorry in advance

First sac the one that has a yolk and measures 1.02 cm

oh, didnt want to read and run hun, hope everything turns out ok, I wouldnt have a clue!

I'm certanly no expert, but it looks and sounds (from the report) that you very well COULD be baking 3 babies! Do keep us posted?

Wow I think it could be more than one! Especially from the last two scans (not counting the one with the numbers) I am not an expert though, just someone who is expecting twins. I had my first scan done at the end of my 7th week so my scan looks somewhat different. When are you in for your next scan?

Wow, the last two pictures does look like there is more than 1.
When do you go back in for a follow up?

GL to you. https://www.anchoredbygrace.com/smileys/stpatty2.gif

Man 15,000 is high for just 5 weeks. I could see 2 for sure,... but I don't know about 3? I'm not an expert though. Keep us updated!

Didn't want to read and run but i was noticing the dimensions of each sac and they are very close in size.I also noticed to be yolk sacs in more than one.Now I'm not a dr. but if I had to had money to be down on this ,I'd bet it was twins or triplets.Good luck!:winkwink:

didnt they tell you how many they saw... i find it strange that they wouldnt say :/ xx

omg i hope you're having triplets:D .....i hope you WANT triplets:)

Thank you everyone for the replys. I go back this coming up fri I will be 6 weeks and 3 days so i should def find out then. When I was at the ER they were very vague i even asked if it was more than one (i've just had a feeling) and she said its possible but they could just be fluid filled sacs. The report states they do not look like fluid filled sacs. I guess she wanted to wait for my dr to confirm it on my ultrasound this fri but i will mention it to him before the ultrasound.

sorry forgot to add i have always wanted twins never thought about triplets it will be a challenge but it will be exciting:happydance:. Our families are already exceited even though they know I still might not carry all of them to term. I think my husband is still in denial lol:winkwink:

Definitely looks like more than one!!
Wishing you all the best. Fingers crossed you'll get more information at your next scan.

As far as I know the technician is not allowed to interpret results of the scan, only a doctor can. They can tell you the gender because you have to sign a waiver that you're ok with them possibly being wrong. At least that's how it is in canada. There's a sign in the room that says that the technician can't tell you the results of the scan.

Not an expert either, but just wanted to throw in my two cents that it definitely looks like 2-3 little beans in there! Good luck :hugs:

Sorry the "she" I was refering to who was being vague was the ER Dr who was a nurse practictioner (sp) but i still think she really did not want to tell me anything till I saw my ob this coming fri. However the ultrasound tech was vague to but i did not think she could tell me much.

how exciting i shall be stalking!! best of luck to you x x
