5th pregnancy, but feels like my 1st!

Hiya! My name's Darcy, I'm 37 (will be 38 by the time baby's here), and this is my 5th pregnancy. I've 4 children, ages 18 (almost), 15 (almost), 12, and 10. Yep, that's right -- 10. So every thing I feel seems new, and different, and scary! My husband had a VR in March of 2008, and after years of trying, we were told it had failed, and our only option would be ICSI, which we couldn't afford. So we gave up....And 39 months later, I'M PREGNANT!!!! Whoop!!!

I'm 5 weeks + 5 days along, and my breasts have just exploded into huge monsters! I'm thinking since I've been pregnant so many times before, that my body is showing sooner than normal? Because my jeans don't fit either... Thank goodness for stretch pants!

So...I'm due 24/02/12. Can't wait! And looking forward to every ache and pain and bump and everything that comes along with this pregnancy. I intend to cherish every single moment. x x

Congratulations!
I'm pregnant with my 5th, I have 3 older girls and a LO who is 1 year old.
The last pregnancy did feel scary and new but it was great knowing the baby is so wanted
I think your body does change sooner with additional pregnancies but also you should feel the baby sooner than first time mums.

Congrats hun, i know how you feel i was like that with my last pg, he was a surprise package after 8/9yrs. My kids are 13,12 10 and nearly 2 and im cooking a lil bro or sis for my youngest to play with!!!

It is scary and lots of things have changed, but just dont forget you have done this before and it will all come back to naturally, plus you have built in babysitters lol !!

Lucky for me, all four of my children are happy and on board for this pregnancy. They've even ALL offered to do diaper duty, which I'm gonna get in writing before Baby comes! I've just woke up from a lovely 2hour nap. Such an odd feeling to be so tired, then feel so refreshed after a snooze. I'm getting the best sleep of my life right now!
