6dpo.. periods like backache

Hello ladies!!

I am on 6dpo. We are not ttc but ntnp. Today i have severe backpain. Pain is similar to what i get during second day of periods. Af is still a week away. No other symptoms. Anyone faced same? Could this be implantation.

Thinking of taking a paracetamol? Any suggestions.

Hope it’s a good sign for you! Paracetamol is fine to take even if you are pregnant
