7.5 month old not pooping! HELP!

Hi all.. I need some help please!

My 7.5 month old hasn't had a poo for 3 days now.. What can I do to help him? The poor thing is miserable

Try cooled boiled water with brown sugar or prune juice

The best remedy I have used with both of my babies is Dark Kayro Syrup. I think you can find it with the other syrups at the grocery store. Just add about a tablespoon to every other bottle until you see a poop. Works like a charm!!!
