8 week scan- baby's brain?

Can anyone tell me what the black circle where the baby's head is? The sonographer told me it was normal but I forgot what she called it and I'm curious. Thanks in advance!

I'm guessing it could be the yolk sac and is just hiding behind baby in the image. That's what it looks like anyway.
