I would test again a few days. You've had a dip in the last day or two which could possibly be an implantation dip. HCG takes a few days to build up so you might get a positive in a couple of days.

Oh you are definitely not alone! I tested yesterday 6 DPO and today 7 DPO, and both were of course!
