Anyone else trying to hold off testing? I'm ttc #1 and don't want to get my hopes up if it results in a chemical. The first two months of my cycle fly by, then time slows down and it seems like POAS is the only thing that speeds it up a little!
This is my third month ttc. I'm hopeful this is the month, but if not I can't keep up buying tests. I thought about IC, but then I felt like if I ordered lots of tests, I was supersticiously making myself not pregnant.
What's your method? POAS addict, cheapie a or frer, or full two week waiter?

I'm horrible at waiting:haha: I really do try though. This is our 3rd month trying after MMC in August and I can't even tell you how much I've spent on tests. I'm definitely going for some IC's if this isn't my month.

We're only on our second cycle TTC, but last cycle I was a poas addict...I imagine I'll be the same this time around too!

Only with the ICs though, I'd spend too much on FRER's if I used them all the time. Last cycle started at 7dpo - ridiculous I know but thought I just might be one of those lucky ladies that gets an early result. I'll see how long I can hold out for this time, hoping to make it to a double figure dpo.

Good luck :dust:

I just realized I am 7dpo, not 8. Bah.
I don't think 7dpo testing is crazy, since I look for the tiniest little faintest line as an indication. I think I had what looked like an implantation dip in my cycle 2 days ago, but I guess they say that wouldn't be likely at 5dpo. I also had a really achy left ovary (I assume) two days ago. Don't know if that is a sign. If I'm not testing, then I'm obsessively symptom spotting, I guess. 🙄
