A lil' help for an OPK newbie?

Hi ladies! Can I ask for some advice about this OPK test I took this evening? This is my first month using them, and I am sure it isn't quite + yet, as my cm is just very wet and thin, but I was wondering if you experienced ladies could give me some insight about how close it is? THANKS!!!

So sorry for your loss, I has a m/c on 3/27/12 also. About your opk, I'd say about 5 days or so...give or take a day or two. So yea, 5 days. Don't stop testing though. Test twice a day until you get a +, not just once. Test at the same times everyday so you don't miss it and you can compare lines until you get to know your surge pattern.

You may be like me and build up a surge with opk's that get darker with passing days. Some women don't see lines until the day before or day of ovulation. Also are you charting you BBT? If not you should really try it. Charting + opk's are the best, just because the body may start ovulation and decide not to and you could end up ovulating a few days later. Not to scare you just saying. GL

The good news is, though, I got my +OPK (I assume!) today! For me I had faint lines pretty much every time I tested but not close to + until yesterday and then a full + this afternoon! I don't temp (yet) so I guess I will just have to bd as much as I can to try and catch it!
