Hi,

Story:

Previously a father of 2 boys (currently 4 and 5), and just recently had another baby boy about 2 months ago back on 2/22/2012.

I'm basically a software developer and basically, got inspired to create an Android App for my wife to help her and us answer the basic question of "Is it time to go to the hospital yet?" (Translate, do we have 6 contractions within the hour). With previous births, we have been told that it was too soon . There were already apps out there, but I wanted to customize mine and learn something in the process.

So basically, I started to teach myself and learn something new which was Android programming and managed to create something arguably useful which I'm proud to say my wife actually used up to the pregnancy .

I actually now managed to submit this Android App to this San Diego Apps Challenge contest going on now. It doesn't really compare in "quality" to the other apps out there, but it happens to be the only pregnancy related app submitted.

I guess I was hoping to see if people on this group might be willing to help support this app by voting for it (daily) until 23 May to possibly bring more awareness to Apps like this that are out there to help.

I realize I can't post URL's yet since I'm really new here, but if you Google San Diego Apps Challenge and then use the search box for the key term contraction, you'll find only one app that I hope you'll consider voting for.

Hello I found this board and trying to talk to people on here and about TTC. I was diagnosed in may 2010 with PCOS, I have been with my dear soon to be husband, for 4 years, we never really tried but never prevented, it has been 4 years nothing happened. I just was placed on metformin the first week at 250 mg, I had one bad day and a so so day, after that I have been fine hoping to up to the 500mg, we are marring in June this year 2012, and would like to start be a little more on top of ttc. I am starting to eat right ( the both of us) lose weight, and exercise hoping this will jump start things. I have always had a period, so every 30-33 days, so I am pretty regular. I was planning on trying these next few days a first response fertility test and ovulation kit with first response as well. I hope to meet and get lots of advice and inspiration from this site...thank you..
