Abdominal pain

Hi ladies
Since saturday night I have been experiencing abdominal pain on and off. Sometimes it's so bad I can't straighten up then a while later nothing. It's not contractions because when I get it its a constant pain. It is always in my left side quite low down and its worse when I need a wee, but no burning pain when I wee! Any ideas ladies?

I have my next midwife appointment Thursday but just not sure if I should be worried or not!! Xx

I do that usually I just pulled something so I have to wait it out. Also I've heard the babies can bruise us inside
