? about using OPKs....

Do you dip them in urine or pee on them? I did both this morning and got a significant difference.....the bottom two were peed on with 2nd and 3rdMU, the first was dipped with FMU!

Hi. You're not supposed to use fmu as your lh surge is not apparent in your first morning urine .. Obviously that's why the second one is much darker. You're better off testing from 10am

Thanks, since I drink so much water I figured FMU would be the most concentrated
