Actually sickness please read

Yesterday while at work I was extremely sick (7dpo) the heartburn Afterwards was unreal nothing was taking it off.
At this point of the day id eaten nothing it was 4am. I woke with the sick feeling in my throat at 3am.
Today 8dpo iv got slight nausea and mild cramping but no sickness.

My question is ... could the sickness of been caused my implantation?!

Although at 5DPO I thought I had an implantation bleed as when going toilet I had a tiny amount of brown CM (half the size of a 5p)

I don’t know if the nausea was caused by implantation... but at 7dpo it could DEF be a sign of pregnancy! Good luck

So more sickness came yesterday late afternoon (8DPO)
My last two showers iv had to get out and have a sit down for about 5minutes as I’m unsure if I’m going to be sick or pass out.

Anyone else had similar symptoms?
Don’t know why I did it but tested today (9DPO) and BFN 😫
