Adhesion removal surgery

Hi everyone,
I am curious to know has anyone conceived after adhesion removal surgery naturally without having to go through with IVF or and IUI?

Bump. I would like to know this also.last pregnancy a lot removed. Trying now for baby. I hope this doesn't effect it.

I never ended up having the Surgery. I went to have an SIS and got pregnant during the same cycle. I'll be 11 weeks tomorrow.

I have recently had adhesions and a septate uterus removed without ever having IVF or IUI. I had gone for a watched cycle but ended up falling pregnant naturally which ended in a m/c. Next cycle sono showed adhesions which referred me to a specialist to have them removed.
