Advice just come off pill

Been off contraceptive pill one month ttc no 2, I'm using ovia app and am three days after most fertile period but am experiencing terrible cramps, bloating etc. is this normal?

It's very normal for your body to be abnormal for a month or so after stopping the pill. Since it essentially works by overridding your more natural hormonal cycle, it can take a little time for things to settle back down.
