So I am ebf my daughter who is 6 months old next week and all was going fine but she caught a sickness bug Friday and so didn't feed much on Saturday although I pumped and then Sunday she didn't feed much and I was also sick 
Since then I started back at work yesterday and I have only been able to express 3/4 ounces a time when previously I was getting 5/6 - I am taking fenugreek and I have been drinking mothers milk tea like it is going out of fashion in the hopes that it will pick back up!
I will add when she takes a bottle (which was really difficult to get her to do but now she does thankfully *only because I am at work*) she is drinking 4/5 ounces and feeds every 3 hours day & night!
Is my supply just struggling because we had the glitch of her being ill and then me being ill???
Help will it get back to normal? I am not ready to stop breastfeeding yet
