Advice on CM and CP

Can you ladies tell me how you check your CM and CP...

Is it best to check them when you're on the toilet or when you're standing up?

I checked it sitting down on the toilet and my CP was low and my CM was creamy.. I'm on 11 DPO...

Want to make sure I'm checking these the right way.

Also do you check them around the same time each day?

Sitting down will make your cp low as you are bearing down. Do it either one leg cocked up on toilet seat or lying down x
