I have still got a long way to go before Im at my target weight but I was wondering how do you then maintain... I am cal counting at the mo and losing 1-2 lb per week, once I am at my target weight would I calculate how many cals I need to maintain and up them by 100 per week or up them all at once? Or would I just up them by 100 per week and weigh myself weekly and stop upping them when I put on weight?
I have always struggled to maintain my weight in the past as I didnt know how to go from low cal eating to maintenance without gaining.
