Advice please>>>Opks going crazy!

Some help would be greatly appreciated...I decided to start using opk's this month in the hope on finding out when I ovulate. I had my lmc on June 15th. It was an insane af with huge blood clots and lots of bleeding that lasted 7 days. I had to go to the er on the third day because I knew something was going on. I have always, always had regular periods. 25-26 days apart. On the 21st I started using my opk's. They were all negative until about cycle day 14-15. I have continued to get positive results since then. The even seem to be getting darker. Yesterdays was the darkest yet. I should also mention that when I was at the er they did and ultrasound to look at my ovaries and uterus. My ovaries looked good and my uterus showed signs on possibly having adenomyosis. Would this cause my opk's to be positive?
