AF About a week late.. first signal test included

Really wasn't expecting this? Baby is 2 1/2 months old and just got out of NICU 3 weeks ago 😣😣😣😣😣😣... I'm shaking.. I decided to test because I noticed pink spotting night before last and realized I haven't seen anything since... went and got a test and a line came up right then when the pee touched it.. looks like baby #4 on its way...
