Hi Lovely Ladies,

Just wondering who if you have thought they were not pregnant, got their AF and it turned out you were?

Need to take a test but I've had my AF but now I'm feeling nauseous. The thought of eating breakfast sickens me. I've been having hot flushes and I'm incredibly tired

Any thoughts?

Posted in First Trimester too.

Some women do experience during pregnancy and this could potentially be implantation bleeding.

Is it any different to your normal AF?

Good luck x

No I think it was pretty normal, but still feeling incredibly nauseous on and off. And bloating too..

Hi Starryeyed. I wish I could tell you that sounds good, but if it is a normal period, and all the things that typically happen during your period are happening now, chances are you are not pregnant. you could take a test after af finishes so it does not screw the test up and it would be accurate. I think most times women get periods and are pregnant are people who maybe have period symptoms or maybe spotting but never experience full flow. For me full flow means I am changing a pad every 4 hrs or so and some clots and it lasts for 4 days. I am currently experiencing cramping and brown spotting but not full flow. I typically start full flow by the 4th day of brown spotting (which is today) but if I look at my calender, I am 3 days late, so if I don't get a full flow by the end of the week I will re test. I guess it could happen but I would not get my hopes up.... sorry......

Agreed, unfortunately it's not likely that you're pregnant. Implantation bleeding is very light, and does not resemble a normal af.

I had something similar to AF when i was pregnant with my daughter. I thought it was Af but when I missed the next month, turns out I was 2 months pregnant. lol It happens.
