I have PCOS and just did my first round of Femara. I ovulated naturally for the first time in 5 years in April but got a BFN. Did 2.5mg of Femara on CD3-7 and FINALLY got a positive OPK on CD22. As long as Femara doesn't change my LP then AF is due on May 4th. I imagine I will test around the 1st - 3rd. Anyone care to join me?
