Yay maaybe with temping softcups and conceive plus it'll definitely happen!! My cycles are anything from 44 to 65 days!! I'm hoping clomid might bring it down to a more reasonable length!
I think your longer cycle must have just been a one off, once you get into temping you'll know exactly where you are!

Well, it would seem I am still in with a chance, however little that maybe, I did the HPT (FRER) on Saturday after holding my wee for 5 hours and got a BFN. All cramps etc seem to have gone away, the CM was still here, though very minimal until yesterday, and today and last night I have had a few reddish/browning spotting! So am thinking this is my normal spotting prior to AF 2 days before. However I am now on DPO13 which is quite rare for me as 11-12 is the norm, although this is a longer cycle, but I have had two 31 day ones before, (one listed on FF), however the one I charted only had an 11 day Luteral Phase - so to sum up - I have not got an blinking clue and I am completely fed up with going around and round in circles - am I - aren't i! Who the hell knows!!!

My temp dipped a little on Saturday (although got up early and kept waking all night - whcih is not helpful at this crucial time), so that coincided with the BFN made me think AF was on its way, but the temp decided to jump back up a little yesterday and today. I normally have a temp drop 2 days before AF, which if it dropped yesterday would make my have a 15-16 day Luteral phase!!!!

The only other thought is of course, that I actually ovulated later, as the OPK was slightly lighter than the working line, but the temp rise indicates that it did occur then which means the timing of the nearly positive OPK makes sense!

Oh I have not Idea - we shall see what the day brings. I only have a Boots & Tesco HPT left - otherwise its off to town to purchase some more top brand ones!!! ..............any help and thoughts would be soooo grately apprecaited

Good luck Step Mummy! I hope AF stays away! I think FF has got your Ov date right so either your lutueal phase is longer (which is not a bad thing!) or you'll get your bfp...

Hope it's the bfp! The spotting does sound like AF might be on it's way though - FX she stays away...
