i think it depends on what money you're spending on what
obviously the other parent will still need money for rent, food etc

might make them think twice about commiting crime
if it's going to affect their family

i do think making them clean up the damage and working
with those who's lives they distroyed might help but those
who set alight to buildings, cars or killed people should go to
prison no questions asked ...​

i'm on benefits but you don't see me running
around ruining peoples lives

children shouldn't suffer but if their parents have
to steal junk food from the £1 shop then the kids

he's said yes but they can't have them until tomorrow
so the rioters get another 24 hours to do whatever they like ...
good plan! atleast police with have batons with them this time
might deter a few of them but until tomorrow there's not much
they can do other than beat them with a stick!​

The problem with taking their beneifts away from them is that not all of them will be on benifets! some will be kids on summer holidays, some will have jobs. At the end of the day its not about wether these people work or not its about there actions. Its putting everyone on benifets in the same boat! there are people out there who need help that wouldnt dream of doing what these mobs are doing! and im sure not every single one of those thugs is unemployed so it doesnt even come down to that...

I agree with another poster and think that they should be made to help builders or clean up damage they have caused..or have to pay for damage they have done over a period of time. I hope they all get punished and learn there lesson!! but i got a feeling alot of them will get away with it! sadly.
