they dont need to go to prison to be punished anyway. Make them do some hard graft, make them work in soup kitchens for the homeless, make them go and apologise to the shop keepers and see exactly what their actions have done to those who have lost their businesses and how good they have it. Like david c said earlier - if they are old enough to commit the crimes then they are old enough to deal with the consiquences!

Well aparently it was on news? I think police are watching bbm, facebook and twitter so should find who sent it 1st, soso scary and upsetting!!!
