He's ok now (ish) he was attacked by rioters and suffered a broken jaw but after the video went viral a Sony publicity bloke contacted him and offered to replace what was stolen (a PSP) and they threw in some games for him. He's had loads of support from people online too.

they dont need to go to prison to be punished anyway. Make them do some hard graft, make them work in soup kitchens for the homeless, make them go and apologise to the shop keepers and see exactly what their actions have done to those who have lost their businesses and how good they have it. Thats kind of them! its sad, i heard he has only been in england 4 weeks and then that happens to him, being attacked and injured is bad enough but people pretending to help him then rob him and leave him is just something else!
