I was supposed to be in London tonight. Its my Grans birthday tomorrow and I booked a hotel for tonight and tomorrow night but we changed our minds a couple of weeks ago. I'm so happy otherwise i'd of been there and terrified it was going to spread to central London.

We're supposed to be going to Edinburgh tomorrow but i'm worried to be honest. Its the capital of Scotland and I wouldn't be surprised if it spread more across the country tomorrow and tomorrow night.

I've already bought my tickets, what would you do? Do you think its safe?

Right now I feel like staying in my pjs and staying safe in my home. My heart really goes out to all those innocents tonight :nope:

Everybody in London and other affected areas, please stay safe ladies :hugs:

I'm in North Scotland and I would keep your reservations tbh. It seems to be quite localised not to an area, but to a sector of people who are saying they have been racially discriminated against and are apparently protesting a gangster being killed. Of course it's an excuse, but the type of violence wouldn't follow through to somewhere like Edinburgh that has a different culture.

Also, us Scottish aren't to be messed with. Any rioters and they'd soon be getting a Glasgow kiss off someone's gran walking past.

I can't believe they're blaming unemployment right now. If they were worried about unemployment they'd be at the damn job centre. They need to stop making excuses.

I agree they wouldnt but they dont give a shit about others children, what have i broght my child into

Well if they smash up all the shops then they're definitely not going to have anywhere to work...

According to the Telegraph these areas are affected in London: Hackney, Peckham, Lewisham, New Cross, Mile End, Ealing, Kilburn, Birmingham, Deptford, East Ham, Catford, Croydon, Elephant and Castle, Clapham Junction, Bethnal Green, Denmark Hill, Leyton Mill, Walthamstow, Chingford Mount and Brixton.
