I know you mean well by saying this, but its no consolation to those who have lost their homes, businesses and treasured possessions. Of course, I'm sure I don't have to state the obvious and you know this already, just kind of airing my thoughts.

They may be just shops and things but what about people jobs?! Shops that employ numerous people have been destroyed so thats people out of a job, their families affected. Old people terrified to leave their homes again. It's the knock on effect of these riots that's going to be the biggest problem.

People have worked their WHOLE lifes, invested their time & effort into for it to get burnt or smashed infront of their eyes? A man has died, that's a life- there's a picture of a woman jumping from a building that is alight, there is old people who are petrfied for their lives, people that are stuck with children, it is not just simply things that can be replaced, some people are jobless, possibly homeless if their buisnesses are being destroyed how are they going to pay for things to be replaced?!

Peoples homes have been completely burnt out - flats above shops that were set alight etc. Those people haven't just lost things, they've lost absolutely everything
