Rocks and stones are being hurled at police vans by a large gang of youths in Salford
 
I actually don't get it.. The people rioting aren't protesting, they're just thugs, and even if they had a reason behind rioting..rioting ISN'T going to solve anything what so ever, these people don't have any morals and are just THUGS, if my child was involved I'd be ashamed, people are just jumping on the bandwagon of which has nothing to do with them, they have nothing better to do, how about get a job? And setting innocent people's homes/cars etc on fire, maybe if they'd done a hards days graft to pay for something of their own, they wouldn't have so much disrespect for other people's possessions, I hope they stop - soon before it gets to a whole country riot,

How daft are some people.. I know.. I'll go and smash up my own town... Pathetic idiots!!
 
Sorry to just keep posting news, hope I'm not upsetting people, just trying to keep people updated with the facts rather than just rumours. Everything I'm posting is confirmed by reliable journalists not just random rumours on FB or anything...unless I state otherwise.

Ive got to watch Peppa Pig so I am glad someone is updating. We have this on for hours and hours, its bedtime in an hour so hopefully I can switch it off.
 
My home is in danger! 200 people were gathering in my town centre, its not safe for us to stay here tonight as we live on top of a shop in the highstreet. We live in wallington, but hooded gangs keep popping up everywhere around the area, kingston, sutton etc. I cant settle knowing my home may be destroyed tonight and there is nothing i can do about it :cry::cry:

My thoughts are with people already affected by this traumatic experience. Watching it from my bedroom window last night was scary enough but now im haveing to leave my home behind! Im distraught! :cry::cry::cry::cry:

Works in the US :shrug: Don't see why it wouldn't work here. People in the US are 100x angrier at the police usually :haha:

Yeah but they are used to it now :haha:.. It's not been used here for before has it (well not that I know of anyway) People are very quick to yell police brutality in this country, and when one person gets hurt that's it, everybody just seems to get angrier!

Just went to put tea on, while I was gone: Wigan man arrested on suspicion of using social media to incite disorder

and: Gang of 200 just gone thru Bham centre, armed with sticks etc, riot police dealing with them

My sister lives on a road off wallington high street with my 2 yr old neice.

Have you got somewhere safe you can go??
 
BBC reports they're calling in Specials!!!! WTF!! Surely they'll be well out of their depth???
