Does anyone have experience with getting allergy shots during pregnancy? I would be maintaining shots that I currently get to treat a mold, dustmite, and pollen allergy. This would not be a new introduction as I've been getting them for a couple of years now... though I've had to move up slowly because of injection site reactions. I'm supposed to be going every 3-4 weeks c at this point, but I haven't gone some becoming pregnant. I'm starting to get miserable, though. I live the Tennessee, where the pollen us bad enough that they include warnings in the forecast. Right now it is awful.

I'm just so scared to do something harmful. I've heard from my allergist that it should be safe (and I've come across some research that suggests it might even reduce the risk of allergies for the unborn child), but I would love to hear from other ladies that have actual experience.

Anybody? I'm supposed to get my shot today but I'm so nervous. If I wimp out, it will be another week before I can get one.
