Am i imagining it!! Help me please!!

i think i was Ovulating last week, but i cannot be entirely sure as i have just got back off of my honeymoon and i took some tablets prescribed by the doctor Norestathine (or something like this) just to delay my period which she said i would still be able to conceive on. I read that you still ovulate at the time you would have done if you hadnt taken the pills which was last week, around thursday.
This is our first month of TTC and i am so depserate to get pregnant, i am miserable in my job and am staying there so i can get maternity pay.
I do feel different in myself, i have had troubles sleeping, wet CM, although i think it may be slowing a little today, and i think i have little goosebump like dots on my nipples, and i just dont feel like eating anything, and my stomach feels in knots, i also think my breasts are beginning to feel a bit tender, but i dont know if that is from where i keep feeling them to see if they are tender or to inspect my nipples! I did a test today and i am either 7/9 dpo and i took a first response test which can be done 6 days before the missed period and it came back negative .
I know i am early but i am worried i am imagining my symptoms because i am so desperate, is anyone else going through the same thing.
