Am I pg or is a mind game?

So my bf thinks I might be pregnant but I'm just not sure.
We aren't trying not are we preventing it from happening so assume it is possible. He is going based off of these few symptoms.

Dizziness
Craving (chipwich and chocotacos and oddly sushi)
Excessive nausea with occasional vomiting (vomit happened only 3times)

I have more then those three but he is only paying attention to those three

But I also have
frequent urination
Bloating and full ness after eating a mouthful of food
Get hungry maybe an hour or two after eatin
Fatigue
Weird bowel movement
Nipple sensitivity
4/14 nipples were extra sensitive spreading throughout breast
And became itchy under breast and around nipples that lasted only bout 30-45 mins and today they are perfectly fine
Today my stomach keeps gurgling
I now have acid reflux which I never had before
Af came early was due 4/2 got her 3/28 but
On 3/28 it was light blood when wiped only and only once
3/29 same bleeding only when wiped 2x
3-4 days after there was a flow but not like my other periods.
About 4 days prior to 3/28 I had 3 specks of blood in underwear
Which I assumed was spotting.

Hpts are all negative and waiting on blood results idk
This is just weird. Any words to me understand?

It sounds like your had your period at the end of March and you are ovulating now. Ovulation symptoms are similar to pregnancy symptoms for some women.

I figured that's what it could be but with a bird in my ear arguing with m that it's the other way around it's like ugh lol. Thanks for the reply
