am i pregnant?

My husband and I just started trying to conceive. I have been on birth control for about 2 1/2 years and just stopped on April 23. While on birth control I had normal periods while taking the "sugar" pills. I am now 3 days away from starting my first period off birth control and I have having symptoms that I dont normally have. Sore nipples mostly the right side, swollen area around nipples, pains in my lower abdomen, and terrible headaches and fatigue. The headaches and sleepiness started about a week after my period ended. I am wondering if I could be pregnant or if it is a side effect of coming off birth control.
