Am I pregnant?

I just finished my 4th cycle of Clomid and received an ultrasound on day 10. My doctor said I had 2 large follicles and several small. I was supposed to start my period yesterday and didn’t. I took a test today and see a second line by it’s extremely faint.

I see a line! Does it have colour in real life? Fx for good progression over the next few days!
