Am I pregnant?

Hi everyone. So I’ve been TTC since having my coil removed last month (non hormonal) I was due on my period on the 3/3/19 but it came 3 days early and lasted for only 2 day, first day was medium flow next day was similar then got a little bit lighter further into the day then it stopped! I took at test but it came back negative I’ve had a lot of sharp pain in my stomach more on the right side, the bottom of my back has been aching, I feel sick most of the time if I haven’t eaten and I’m very emotional over the most tiniest things, could I be pregnant? Advice please

Your body may just be trying to get back into sync with the coil being removed. I wouldn't look too deeply into the rest to be honest. I know its hard when we so badly want to be pregnant.

Only way of knowing is if you do a test.
