Arkansas is a R state anyway.

I watched fox news earlier for a bit. Couldn't stop rolling my eyes and laughing at the remarks they were making. The first comments they were making were about the KKK when I turned it on. They're very biased.

It's saying 78 Obama 76 Romney now

I'm seeing 82 to 64, Romney at the moment.

Lol seems like the bbc are making it up

Still way early. Most states haven't even closed their polls yet. They just said either West Virginia or Virginia, can't remember which one, will have their polls open until 11pm or so because there are so many people waiting in line at the polls.

Lucky you have it on tv! Coach trip and Jeremy Kyle is on here *rolleyes*

I just don't understand why it is so close...it seems like such an obvious choice to me...why would anyone actually want the republicans running the country, especially after the absolutely ridiculous, and downright offensive things they have been saying.

Just listening to this and Romney policies for the economy is based on big tax breaks for businesses and then that supposedly would then mean it would trickle down to the people. But bush did that in 1991 and it didn't work. Is this right?

I voted for Romney. I am a hard working woman and I don't see any fairness in giving lazy people everything I have. Doesn't that only encourage them to continue being lazy and asking for everything they need?

I guess if you're poor, lazy, and want a free ride in life then vote Obama...

I'll step off my soapbox now

156 Electoral votes are going to be coming in within the hour. EEK!

Who said someone was full of shit or a misogynist? Who was called names? I may have missed something...

I did. And I absolutely don't take it back. But it was misanthrope, not misogynist.

Ridiculous close minded comment. Way to write off people when you don't know their situations. I can see why you would vote Romney, he does the same thing.

My husband works his ass off and I'm a SAHM who worked 2 jobs since I graduated high school. I'm not on welfare and don't expect a free ride.

I'm an Obama supporter.

Well apparently it is really unusual for a president to be in with a shot at a second term when unemployment rate is 7.4% or above and it's currently at 7.9% so it's a great thing Obama is in the running.

From polls it seems that Romney is a few % ahead in the belief he can turn the economy around, and the economy was the most concerning thing for a huge % of voters. I guess if you think he can sort unemployment etc it doesn't seem as clear (although for me I don't think Romney would do better with economy)

WOW what an incredibly uneducated and stupid thing to say. That is not how poverty works.
