Another baby gaviscon ?

Hello again, my daughter is using baby gaviscon and suffers from reflux, so I have took her feeds down to 4 oz every 2-2.5 hours as they say little and often is better... Problem... She is strugling to get her wind up and I think it may be the thicker milk doing this .... So do you think I could give baby normal feed wind her and then give the gaviscon after she has winded, if so how would I prepare this, I have asked this befor but I wasn't quite sure.

Any help would be appriciated

We were told to wind after every 30 or 40 mls or so during a feed and not to wait until the end, and it worked for us. You wont get a burp every time but at least if there is something there it doesnt get the chance to build up.

I would say that the whole point of the gaviscon is to put it in the milk so it thickens it up, but maybe someone else knows different. I know the rules are different for BF but we FF so we always put it in the milk.
