Anxiety & Femara

Hey, I am on my 6th and last cycle of Femara before we think about IVF. We have been trying for almost 2 yrs. We have tried 2.5, 5 and 7.5 and now back to 5. All the other cycles on it I have only had headaches but this time I am experiencing nausea, headaches, dizziness, anxiety and chest pains. I did take a month off from it and I'm currently around my ovulation date. Is it normal to be experiencing these symptoms and when will they go away? I have mild PCOS and a high AMH and I'm not seeing my FS for another month.

Can you speak with your doctor or nurse over the phone? I think it's best to play it safe since you've never had these side effects in the past. Better to address it now than to wait a month.

I never had any side effects from Femara (took it for 4 months off and on), but everyone is different.
