this is my first pregnancy, im 35 weeks and 3 days and im soo miserable ..i cannot wait to hold my baby boy but it feels as if this pregnancy will NEVER end.. any suggestions on how to deal with this anxious feeling? thanks :winkwink:

Have you gotten all the baby stuff ready? Washed and everything? You need to find something to keep yourself busy....your baby will be here before you know it. So make sure you sleep lots now because once that baby is here you won't get very much.

thanks! i started nesting last week and i have already gotten everything done, i will take your advise on sleeping, maybe that will pass time!!

I took up quilting with one pregnancy. It required lots of attention...lol. I had less time to think about being pregnant.

thats a good idea .. if i only knew how lol .. maybe i can find something similar to keep me busy!!! any suggestions ? something easier than quilting lol

You could start a scrapbook or photo album if you haven't already. You can use photos of ultrasounds, your growing belly, his nursery, baby shower guests/gifts, etc. Put descriptions of each and if you're not crafty like me (I don't do paper cut outs, punches, or anything that requires a lot of creativity), you can make a photo album cute with fun stickers or some scrapbook accessories. You can also buy one of those scrapbook kits where it's all laid out for you and all you have to do is put your photos in and glue or stick other stuff down like they suggest.

You could do a craft kit and make something for your son's room. Paint a photo frame, sew a pillow, paint a piggy bank. They require effort and attention, but the skill level is up to you how elaborate you make it.

If crafts aren't your thing, you could write a letter to your son that he can read when he's older. You can either write it just now or keep adding to it over time.

Sleeping is a wonderful idea!!! Enjoy the quiet while you can. :flower:

I dont know how I'm going to last another 9 weeks - everything hurts and Im huge! Can't wait to meet the baby now - obviously don't want the baby to come early but I'm starting to feel like I have been pregnant for ever! You are closer than me :hugs:
