Any baby must haves for a second child?

I'm due my second in less than 6 weeks and have been asked what we would like as a gift. We pretty much have all the basics from my DD, but can anyone recommend anything that's a new must have or something they couldn't live without?

I got a sling this time around - so I could chase toddler with arms free??

Also I love our Wallaboos - great for carseats and also naps around the house once out of the moses basket.

Last new purchase was a buggy board - so we didn't need (we hope) a double buggy
