I don't know if you girls read a lot but I do, haha.
I don't like watching TV personally.
So, any good books worth reading? I need something
to pass my time. I just re-read the Harry Potter series
for like the 10th time and I don't really feel like reading
the Twilight series. Haha.

I read like everything, i like pregnacy and parenting stuff atm

i love chicken soup for the mother's soul
And i have a hand full of pregnancy books, like what to expect when expecting.

I wanted to buy that today at Wal-Mart but I didn't have enough :(

Pregnancy or not pregnancy related?

"The Road" is very good, and provoke some serious thinking (not in like a hard way, but it makes you think about things after you read it!). It's definitely a tear jerker though, especially with pregnancy hormones.

"A Separate Peace" is a really endearing book about friendship, though also sad!

"The Portrait of Dorian Grey" is a classic, but still a fairly easy read and definitely good!

"The Outsiders", if you haven't read it, is fabulous..also a tear jerker.

"The Wrinkle in Time" series is lovely, as is the "Narnia" series.

Ah. I'll think of more! I read a ton.

ETA: Oh! "Hitchhikes Guide to the Galaxy" is..strange, but enjoyable. It's like a totally weird sci-fi. It's before that was a popular genre though so it's different.

"The City of Ember" series is aimed at pre-teens/young teens, but a really well written fantasy! They're light reading.

I only re-read HP for a long time, too. Those are my guilty pleasure. ;) But if you're looking for something lighthearted and hilarious (and pretty raunchy), I suggest:

My Horizontal Life by Chelsea Handler
Are You There, Vodka? It's me, Chelsea by Chelsea Handler
Chelsea, Chelsea Bang, Bang by Chelsea Handler
My Booky Wook by Russell Brand
I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell by Tucker Max

Now, if you're looking for legitimate literature, I definitely agree with A Separate Peace, The Outsiders, and A Wrinkle In Time. Those were all great. I also enjoyed Cafe Europa, Night, The Hobbit, and To Kill a Mockingbird.

"To Kill a Mockingbird" is my favorite classic :P
And non-related pregnancy books, haha

Depending on what kind of books you like!

Size 12 Is Not Fat by Meg Cabot (it's a series)
Marked by P.C. Cast and Kristen Cast (young adult but a good series)
Guilty Pleasures by Laurell K. Hamilton (it's an adult vampire series and I absolutely LOVE it!)
Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead (another young adult but a good series)
Alices Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carol (extremely strange but still pretty good)
The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold ( AMAZING! And somewhat sad)
Uglies by Scott Westerfeld (Amazing series!)
Hawksong by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes

I love reading lol, so if you need anymore just ask =]

Oh no, I have the Twilight series and love it, I just don't want to read it right now. Haha.

Guilty Pleasures...(Otherwise know as the Anita Blake series) is similar to Twilight in many ways...I often refer to it as the adult version of Twilight...(even though I think it has a better plot and is written better...that's just my opinion though...) =]

iive got some really good ones but i can't remember the titles and they are all packed cause of moving soon lol so i'm really not much help haha! sorry:) x

You should try some Nick Hornby books, he's very good! He wrote "About a Boy" and "High Fidelity", which are really good, and so are "A Long Way Down" and "Juliet, Naked" :)

Agreed! Amazing books! I loved the Vampire Lestat!

Oh! Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass like someone mentioned are completely worth reading. They're quick reads, but cute, humorous and a little twisted. They're similar to the movies, but there's definitely differences!
