They guessed girl on the nub theory my fiance is ready to start buying clothes but just seeing a nub makes me think its a boy. What do you guys think?

I think you're having a girl Congratulations on your little miracle.
I'd hold off on buying a lot of clothes until after the gender scan or even until after baby is here. People LOVE buying baby clothes for newborns
