any idea why i cant upload pics pls?

hi, for the past couple of days ive been trying to upload pics but i cant. when i try i get this message....

"fatal error:allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 108001 bytes) in/name/baby/public_html/includes/class_image.php on line 2392"

Im not very computer minded so havent got a clue what this means. Ive uploaded pics before so i know how to do it and i thought that maybe the new pics i was trying to upload might of been too big so i tried to upload pics that i have previously posted(so i know the size is ok) but the same message come up. any ideas what it could be please?

ditto to this.... I havent had this problem before either. even pics i have uploaded before are not going on
its like the sizes have changed or something happening......I wanna put my pretty picnik'd ones on
