A sun blind for car window is good too. Stops them screaming when the sun is in their eyes (if we ever see the sun lol)

Lol, I've got the exact same one. Comes with a little froggy to store the dummy which I find very handy. My LO loves it!!! Its saved me driving with a screaming baby on many occasions. I've actually stopped on the side of the ride a few times to turn it on and within minutes he is asleep.

Two things we have found the most handy, the Jeep Carrier (or any baby sling or something similar) and his play gym (keeps him amused on his own, or we can interact with him).
