any second time mums help me?

I'm going on 34 weeks on Monday and I told by a few people it looks like Icould go early is there any signs that you would be going into labour soon apart from getting your show ?

Honestly, I'd take that with a pinch of salt.

I was told by midwives during both pregnancies that I looked like I'd go early.. DS was 40+5
DD was 41+6

And to be honest, there's a million signs but the only real sign you can pay heed to is water breaking or contractions. My plug went a week before I laboured, both times. The signs are really only a 'maybe possibly if you're lucky' type thing not a definite.

I agree with PinkMonki, I went 12 days early with my 2nd but I had been on the go my entire pregnancy, my friend has had 4 kids and was 10 days over with her last DD!

There are so many signs with me my waters went and that was that! My labour was an hour and 40 mins from start to finish with DS!

Are there any things you can do leading up to labout to help out in natural births

Only baby knows when the arrival date will be! I wouldn't worry about it!!
