Any "skinny" girls dieting? *Support Group*

hi girls, can i join?? 13lbs more to lose. not exactly a small amount but i like this group!!!

my food today:

breakfast: 1 bowl crunchy nut

lunch: 2 slices brown breads with 3 quorn sausages and light mayo (random i know!!)

1 funsize moro bar

dinner: mozzerella cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans.

1 funsize moro bar (yes again!!!) -i generally allow myself 1 sweetie thing a day..sometimes 2 but try to just 1.

pack of velvet crunch crisps (only 81 calories)


been dieting this way for last few weeks and have managed to lose 11lb so far!! so i'm happy!
 
Well i was 8st something with boobs so i cant use them as my excuse now, as much as id like too :rofl:

I find it helpful having this thread here too, when your doing it on your own its easy to lose your motivation, this little thread is a pick me up

Plus i dont want to look like a piggy on weigh in days either and have gained weight when youve all lost :rofl:

8 stone??? wow!!! im trying to get down to 9 and a half and that would be plenty for me and im 5ft 4. how does that work???!!!
 
I read some reviews on the Biggest Loser dvd last night and people are really rating it. So I thought sod it and ordered myself a copy, should be here by Monday hopefully.

Fingers crossed that next week I'll start seeing some weight loss then! Apparently you can start seeing results in 6wks so I've just got to try and keep it up for that long!

I have a feeling this dvd will kill me after reading the reviews :rofl:
 
Haven't had time to get on this particular thread with Brianna being sick but I am still doing it and doing well I might add!

Went to get dressed yesterday and my pre-pregnancy pants that I normally could just barely fasten were....LOOSE :happydance:not sure on the exact amount of weight loss right now but I'm trying not to get my hopes up as its Independence Day over here this weekend and we're going to MIL's for a cookout so I'll probably get a little naughty :blush:
 
I've had yet another bad day :-( Went to M&S for lunch and had a bit of a pigout, had a Roast Chicken Sandwich, Cream tea, and a gingerbread man.
Going to stick to cereal for tea I think.
Feeling a bit down with myself for not having any self control... I just love my food TOO much! :hissy:

Have a feeling that I'm going to gain this week... Fresh start if so, I can't give up.
 
Hi Ladies can I join please? I put on 5 stone when I was pregnant with Alex but have lost 4 stone and am just needing to give it that last push to lose the rest.

Also I'm useless at dieting I always give up on the healthy eating and end up doing a vegetarian version of the Atkins - which does take hte weight off but really isn't helathy - so I'm hoping checking in with you ladies will make me do things properly :)

Ive had an off day.. had cereal, a duck wrap from m&s, packet of chocolate raisins, a chinese (which was rank so didnt eat too much) and gonna have a raspberry white choc cupcake :blush: Back on tomorrow though!

Not a bad day here, just over 1,000 cals and have burnt 1,700 off!!
 
I'm hoping I haven't put on that 2lbs again :blush:

I ran out of fruit half way thro the week and didnt get a chance to get some more so I'm really really hoping I haven't put it back on

And my dvd hasnt been posted yet, so I wont be getting that for monday now! Grrr lol

it was my day off diet yesterday as i had fish and chips for tea and a few glasses of red wine (big bro eviction had to have a night off!)

Im doing my last chance workouts over the weekend, going to try and do loads to burn this fat coz i dont think i have lost any weight!

Monday is weigh in day! how exciting! (i think i will have put on weight ha ha)
 
pp how are you burning so many calories?:shock:

I use a website which calculates how many calories you burn in total throughout the day by just doing regular stuff, breathing, stuff aroud the house etc etc, you fill in a little survey based on your activity levels and it works it out for you.

Today is my day off :hissy::hissy:

Not having a bloody dominoes again this weekend i cant believe it was 1400 cals for that alone :shock: thats more than a whole days food :hissy:
 
you can start a group on the calorie count website, we could all join one together as a babyandbump thing! there is a section called loosing weight after baby... just a thought!

Ach im going straight to hell ... 1800 cals today, stupid me had a battered sausage from the chip shop, then looking up the nutritional info i picked the worst fat and calorie loaded thing in the entire chip shop :hissy:

We had Domino's tonight..... I've got a feeling those 2lbs are gonna be back on Mondays weigh in :cry:

OH's parents were round so we had take out, if they wasn't then I'd have been ok lol


I looked at that calorie count site but I dont really get it :dohh:
